The Alliance understands that pastors come from many backgrounds. Through prior learning assessment, Pathways will help you establish trust efficiently, whether you're an emerging leader, a second career pastor, or coming from another denomination. Two tiers of ordination make it possible for a range of pastors to get credentialed quickly.

The Alliance holds pastors to standards by implementing robust accountability measures. Pathways will help you live out covenants that keep you relationally healthy, growing as a disciple, and faithful to reformed Christian belief. Pathways will also facilitate your renewal of ordination every five years, ensuring that trust remains in place.

The Alliance nurtures pastors through a web of relationships. Pathways will help you cultivate increasing trust with your congregation, your network, and the whole Alliance, documenting it through affirmations. As an ordained or licensed minister you'll receive the support you need from fellow leaders - all along the way.
